In practical applications, it is necessary to clean the interface only when the transmission performance of the optical transceiver is reduced. Besides, if the connector is cleaned before being inserted into the fiber optic transceiver, it is also advisable to clean the interface of the optical transceiver so as to ensure the normal transmission of the optical signal.
In order to prevent oil pollution from the interface of the fiber optic transceiver, it is necessary to clean the ferrule of the fiber optic connector thoroughly. If the interface of the optical transceiver appears dust and other particulate pollutants, it is best to remove the pollution with the air dust collector.
Fiber optic transceiver is a necessary tool for optical signal transmission, and the polluted optical module may affect its transmission performance and link failure. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the optical module regularly. In addition, the use of high quality optical transceiver and fiber optic jumpers also plays an active role in maintaining the performance of the network.
